Launched Lithium Consulting in 2010, ahead of the Lithium mining boom predicting the directional change to EVs. Established Bayleaf Capital in 2016 to focus on providing finance for junior battery metal mining companies and hydrogen companies. Currently hold advisory board positions on Covimro Limited and Alcotox Limited.

Successfully delivered USD $5.4 billion in commercial rail contracts in both public and private sectors for the haulage of freight and the enterprise funding of a public passenger railway.
15 years of executive leadership in Commercial and Operational functions. 5 years of senior experience in Government for USD $7 billion of infrastructure in structured debt finance and subsidy funding.
